Chart notes
SCRIMPER made the lead soon after the start, set all the pace and widened through the stretch to win as much the best under confident handling. SPECIALIZED pressured the winner along the inside through the turn then was no match while gamely hanging on for second. DARK VADER never far back, finished with good courage four wide. INTO GOLD pressed the early pace three wide and weakened in the stretch. OAKS HONEY was no factor. MCGRAW was no threat. LUCKY STREAK had good early speed four wide, stopped on the turn and jogged to the wire.
