Chart notes
BEAU DAY won the start, quickened with ease into the turn, felt the footsteps leaving the sixteenth marker, dug in and finished gamely to the wire. BAR ROOM BUDDY stalked the pace inside, rail bid leaving the furlong marker, chased on willingly. DEVIOUS LOVER chased the pace three deep into the lane, lugging in leaving the furlong marker, churned on trying to the wire. SAND CREEK raced off the rail in a very clean pocket around the bend, pressed three deep leaving the furlong marker, no extra punch late. MIDNIGHT TALKER saved ground from off the pace around the turn, inside bid through the lane, evened out through the final stages. AS ONE DOES lacked speed to turn, driving split foes leaving the quarter pole, flattened out under the wire. PALACE ROCK broke step slow, chased five deep leaving the furlong marker, never fired. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
