Chart notes
CHARTER OAK had a slow start, raced off the pace in the two path, was driven along the inside around the turn, and rallied up the rail down the stretch to get up at the wire. CINCO MAJESTIC raced up close along the inside early, tipped out to the three path going into the turn, bid passing the quarter, ran on to take the lead while floating out to the five path at the top of the stretch, but was caught at the wire by an inner foe to place. THERIDEOFALIFETIME set the pace in the two path, was cued midway around the turn, dug in from the three path turning into the stretch, but lost the lead passing the eighth pole, and faded. SANTA CRUISER raced off the pace in the four path but did not threaten. FRIGERATOR rated in the three path early but was no menace. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time. PER RULING #ECM2025-108 FROM HIWU, CHARTER OAK WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM FIRST TO UNPLACED DUE TO A MEDICATION VIOLATION.
