Chart notes

MAMA WAS A ROCKET asked for early run, prompted the pace from the inside heading to the turn, took command nearing the quarter pole, led into the stretch then kept to task at the furlong marker, held foes at bay to the final sixteenth then drew clear late. FIRST AGAIN tracked the early pace from the second flight, stalked the leaders while saving ground into the turn, waited for racing room nearing the quarter marker, found room into the stretch along the inside then bid at the furlong grounds, could not match strides with the winner late and was a clear second best. HEY FRIEND stalked the early pace from the outside, was well placed while four wide nearing the quarter marker, was no match for the top pair into the stretch drive and held late for the show. RIGHT FOR YOU allowed to settle early, made a steady advance outside of rivals into the turn, chased four to five wide nearing the quarter marker, swung six wide for the drive and continued to gain at mid-stretch, flattened out in the late stages and missed for the show. OUR TIME TO SHINE broke out at the start, recovered and tracked the early pace from the second flight, chased two wide to the quarter marker, swung three wide for the stretch drive then could not muster the needed late response. QUITE LOVELY unhurried in the early stages, advanced between runners along the turn, swung three to four wide into upper stretch then passed tiring rivals late. PAYINGOFFMYMARKER hustled to assume early command, set the pace to the turn, pressed the pace between runners nearing the quarter marker, lost position into upper stretch then faded through the final furlong. JULIA'S PROMISE allowed to settle early, chased five to six wide nearing the quarter marker, lacked a response into the lane and did not factor late. RUN AWAY BAY forwardly placed early, tracked the pace four wide heading to the turn, lost position nearing the quarter marker then tired in the stretch drive. STORMY DAME showed brief early speed inside of rivals, faded along the turn, was eased through the lane then walked off under her own power.
