Chart notes
SITKA broke back, was used to move up and set the pace in the two path, continued to show the way by daylight into and through upper stretch, drifted in slightly late, stayed on to prove best. PAYNE off the early pace, moved a bit closer in the two path behind the winner turn, dropped to the rail turning for home, chased the winner to the wire while altering course late. G T FIVE HUNDRED in the second flight in the two path, closer while angling out three wide late in the turn, lacked a further advance to finish up evenly to finish up best of the rest. EL REY DORADO closest to the leader while outside, three wide through the turn, had little left for the drive. SYNTHESIS last away, trailed much of the way in failing to menace. SAMURAI PRINCE steadily faded while racing four wide through the turn.
