Chart notes
AUDREY'S MUSIC easily made the lead heading into the first turn then proceeded to slow the pace down, had a couple in close pursuit down the backstretch, started to edge away on the far turn with only BAR HOPPIN BILLY taking up the chase, opened up turning for home and went unchallenged to the wire under a mild hand ride. BAR HOPPIN BILLY pressed AUDREY'S MUSIC from the inside, went on with that one from the three furlong marker, chased the rest of the way and finished well clear of the next horse. KEEP UP THE PACE stalked the pace three side to the outside, was under a drive from the seven-sixteenths pole, lost a position to an inside rival on the far turn then came back on up the rail still under steady handling to gain the third spot. MAP THIS OUT tracked between the trio up front and the pair at the back of the pack, launched a bid from the three furlong pole, came four wide into the stretch and was slwly gaining. CAVALLINO RAMPANTE settled at the back of the pack but not too far from the front, launched a mild bid on the inside through the far turn, moved into third turning for home but weakened late and was outfinished. CAN'T KNOW was fractious in the gate, broke through early, the was off slowly at the start, and trailed the field throughout.
