Chart notes
STAR OF THE NIGHT (IRE) unhurried early then pulled bit leaving the initial turn, bobbled slightly from outside rival passing five-eighths marker, advanced three wide on the last bend, tipped out four wide, responded from left handed urging and was along in time. STEP IT OUT (IRE) stalked from the inside, angled out and made steady progress thee wide around the second turn, bid three deep exiting the turn, gained lead, edged away while shifting in and could not stave off the winner. KAHURARU (FR) reserved from along the rail and later chased two wide, dropped back bit late on the second turn when finding traffic, came out some, rallied and outfinished rival for third. LITA WAY was off a step slow when stumbling, crossed over and trailed while inside winner in middle stages, tipped out nearing quarter marker, came three then four wide into the lane and was outfinished for the show. JERSEY SUNSET was taken off the outside leader into the backstretch, pulled some passing five-eighths marker, loomed outside same rival on the last turn, prominent between foes into the stretch but had little left for the drive. THE SHUSHALA stepped to the front, set pace from the inside, resisted when challenged nearing quarter marker, lost command into the stretch and gave way inside.
