Chart notes
THORNE HOUSE broke step slow, moved up inside, found clear path inside BOOK SMART on the turn and moved up to engage that rival, vied in stretch-long battle inside that foe and inched ahead late and held. BOOK SMART sped to an early lead, set pace while slightly off the rail, was two wide on the turn, resisted when challenged by the winner nearing quarter marker, fought outside that rival thru the lane but was denied in a game effort. KINGDOM HEART prompted the early pace, moved up and loomed four wide before bidding three deep pass quarter marker and into the stretch, dropped back slightly through the lane but safely held second. ELWOOD BLUES stalked from bit off the rail, continued on that same two path before moving to the rail, came back out some and lacked needed late punch. GET HER NUMBER broke out and bit awkwardly, reserved early, chased three wide on the turn, drifted four wide into the stretch and was no late threat. TOOK CHARGE settled off the leaders, chased from the chased, was three wide at the far turn then four wide exiting the turn, came in slightly and did not menace.
