Chart notes
CHARMING CHARLIE was on the pace outside a rival early, edged clear going up the backstretch then was challenged nearing lane, dueled to the wire and was narrowly up. ROSIE'S BOY settled off the ealry pace three wide, moved to challenge into the final turn, dueled outside the winner in the lane and just missed. AMERICAN SMOOTH stalked the pace along the inside and lacked a final closing run. TOMBI was on the pace inside the winner and out from the rail through the opening half and weakened in the final turn. WRONG DIRECTION moved up three and four wide in the final turn, came five wide into the lane and could not threaten. GINGER RULES saved ground in reach of the pace and weakened. BARBIERE followed the pace three to four wide and weakened. BIG HEARTED FACTOR was always back three wide.
