Chart notes
STYLE CAT raced up close four deep then challenged at the half-mile pole, fought three deep on the turn then dueled outside DROP UM with a quarter mile remaining, put a head in front entering stretch, carried a short lead into the final furlong, then cleared DROP UM midstretch and was kept busy to the wire. DROP UM raced up close outside the top pair for a bit then headed those rivals up the backstretch, took a short lead between rivals at the five-sixteenths pole, dueled inside STYLE CAT late on the bend, lost command entering the stretch, fought on to midstretch, then yielded to the winner but was clearly second best. R HEISMAN dueled outside I'M A BAD BOY briefly then vied between rivals to the turn, fought along the rail inside a pair of runners to the five-sixteenths pole, could not keep up with a quarter mile left to run, weakened in the drive but managed to secure third. I'M A BAD BOY broke through the gate prior to the start, was brought back around and reloaded, went up to duel for the lead then vied inside a trio of rivals, could not match strides with the leaders nearing the turn, gave chase along the inside before drifting out late on the bend, churned on down the lane but could not get by R HEISMAN for third. BRO BRO was coaxed along in range early, went two wide into the turn, lost ground while easing out to the four path around the bend and could not rally down the stretch. TRIPLE DIAMONDS stalked the early speed battle from inside, got shuffled behind a rival early on the turn, angled out at the quarter pole, got forced out entering the lane and could not rally. TITANIC THOMPSON came away slow from the outside, trailed well off the rail then moved into range outside rivals approaching the turn, chased four then three wide, got forced out entering the drive and weakened.
