Chart notes
ORTLEY AVENUE (IRE) set the pace in the three path, drew away in the two path rounding the turn, styed on while drifting out slightly down the stretch, but held sway. DISCOTHEQUE stalked in the four path, was ridden from the three path into the turn, and chased home the winning pacesetter while back in the four path down the lane for place. ABUELO trailed inside, swung out to the five path turning into the stretch, and rallied late outside of foes for show. AMERICAN DIRECTION bumped with an inner foe at the start, chased in the three path, was ridden in the two path around the turn, but finished evenly down the lane. NO BILLS CAMPAIGN raced off the pace in the four path, was driven around the turn, floated out to the six path turning into the stretch, but made no impact. FIRE LEE bumped with an outer foe at the start, was wellback in the three path and never threatened. RED THORN tracked in the two path, was coaxed along around the turn but had to steady from the rail passing the quarter, then yielded.
