Chart notes
DANVILLE raced in the two path around the first turn, stalked the leader on the outside up the backstretch, saved ground around the far bend, dueled in upper stretch and edged clear. TWO COOKIE RULE stumbled leaving the gate, raced in the three path early, tracked the leader on the inside up the backstretch, came around the far turn still in the three path and improved position in the lane. MISTER CHARMING saved ground around the first turn, led the way up the backstretch, continued to save ground around the second turn, dug in in upper stretch and gave way late. MIDNIGHT BLUE NOTE pressed the pace on the outside through the opening half mile, navigated the far turn from the two path and was outkicked in the stretch. SON OF GRACE raced in the four path around the first turn, settled off the pace for the run up the backstretch, swung wide into the lane and made no bid.
