Chart notes
EVANESCENCE broke a beat slow, settled off of the pace along the inside, rallied while moving out to the three path reaching midstretch, drove past the leader at the sixteenth pole and drew clear. BEAUTY REIGNS hopped slightly and was subtly put in tight quarters between horses at the start, lacked speed in the two to four path before fanning out to the six path into upper stretch, then rallied widest to reach place at the wire. LYNN'S MILKY WAY stalked outside of the top pair, ranged up in the four path around the turn to bid at the five sixteenths pole, drew clear entering the lane, but was caught by an outer bidder at the sixteenth pole and yielded place between rivals late yet saved show. VELVET VORTEX vied along the inside, but failed to sustain pressure approaching the half mile pole, chased moving off of the fence into the turn, yet moved back in while pursuing turning for home, stayed on up the rail to bid for place in the final furlong, but got outkicked and missed show. FOIE GRAS pursued from midpack along the inside into the turn, shifted out to the five path and between horses in upper stretch but lacked a rally. SHOOT IT TRUE vied two wide before drawing clear approaching the half mile pole, met an outer challenge with five sixteenths to go, shied from that rival while proving no match entering the lane and faltered between horses. AMERICAN WOMEN broke a step slow, raced off of the pace in the three path and tired between horses nearing the lane.
