Chart notes

I GOT A GUY allowed to settle while saving ground early, roused three to four wide into the far turn, loomed at the quarter marker then took command into the stretch, drew off through the lane and was in hand in deep stretch to win easily. FRONT ROW SHOW contested the early pace from inside of GOSPEL NATIVE, dueled for pace duties with that runner up the backstretch then into the far turn, was overtaken by I GOT A GUY leaving the quarter marker, was no match for the winner into the stretch and stayed on to be best of the rest. GOSPEL NATIVE hustled to be prominent early, engaged FRONT ROW SHOW into the first turn then dueled outside of that runner into the backstretch, disputed the pace to the far turn, could not keep pace with the winner into the stretch and was a clear third in the end. GOSPEL FELLA tracked the early pace three to four wide into the first turn, maintained a three wide path up the backstretch while never far back, shifted to the rail into the far turn then lacked the needed response in the stretch. CHAHTA CITIZEN tracked the early pace two to three wide into the first turn, was a bit keen into the backstretch run, was outrun to the far turn then came up empty in the stretch. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
