Chart notes
ONE TIME WILLARD tracked in the three path, was coaxed to bid midway around the far turn, took command passing the quarter, floated out to the five path at the top of the lane, and drew clear. STROKE OF MIDNIGHT trailed in the two path, improved along the inside around the far turn, and ran on while drifting out down the stretch to be second best. HONESTO raced off the pace in the five path, was driven around the far turn, fanned out to the eight path at the top of the lane, and kept on to get up for show. MISTER ABARRIO chased in the four path, was cued midway around the far turn. swung from the six path into the stretch, but flattened in the final furlong. DISATTACHED rated in the three path, was ridden from the four path around the far turn, angled out to the seven path at the top of the lane, but made no final bid. STING MUSIC pressed the pace in the three path but weakened in the stretch. CARENTAN set the pace in the two path, but lost the lead midway around the far turn, and gaveway in the stretch.
