BRAVE BUCK was hustled from the gate, established a good position just off the pace, drafted inside early on the turn, was asked nearing the five-sixteenths pole then shifted to the two path, gained in the three path into the stretch, took the lead outside the furlong marker and drew clear under steady urging. MAGIC BEACH bobbled at the start but came out in front, showed the way down the backstretch, controlled the action while inside on the turn, was asked at the quarter-pole then came off the rail into upper stretch, lost the advantage to the winner outside the furlong marker and proved no match while well clear for the place. NINE N FOUR broke a step slow, settled off the pace, was roused in the four path on the turn, moved to the five path late on that bend, turned into the stretch in the six path and lacked the needed response while able to safely secure the show. RENEW THE BLUE tracked the pace on the outside, was asked in the three path on the turn, chased into the stretch and tired. STIMULI was hustled from the gate, chased the pace on the inside of an opponent, remained inside that foe in the two path on the turn and capitulated. NO MORE SINS was off very slow and spotted the front several lengths, moved out early then quickly dropped well behind the rest of the field, rounded the turn in the two path and trailed.
