Chart notes

LOW KEY IN LOVE brushed with outer rival at the start, tracked in the two path, launched a bid three deep then fought on even terms outside the leader leaving the bend, put a head in front in upper stretch, cleared approaching the sixteenth pole and padded the margin late. ELITE HEAT (GB) stepped to the front and moved inside, took pressure from ENCHANT on the far turn, put that rival away on the far turn but was quickly challenged by LOW KEY IN LOVE, dueled with that rival to the stretch, lost command outside the eighth pole, was no match for the winner in the late stages but stayed on for a clear second. SHARE REPURCHASE stalked along the fence, got boxed in around the second bend, failed to produce a bid once in the clear and managed to hold third. MISHKA settled off the pace and moved inside, crept closer while angling three wide on the far turn, lacked a rally down the stretch and failed to get by SHARE REPURCHASE for third. ENCHANT brushed leaving the gate, was closest in pursuit from the two path around the clubhouse turn, moved up to apply pressure in the middle stages, lost touch with the leader midway around the far turn, chased two wide turning for home and weakened. UNICYCLE was fractious in the gate, came away slow on the inside, lagged behind to the stretch and was never a factor.
