Chart notes
PRINCETOWN led the way on the outside up the backstretch, angled in to save ground around the turn and held clear to the finish. CATALYTIC hit the gate leaving it, bumping with the horse to his outside in the process, raced off the pace on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the bend in the three path, began a bid entering the stretch and gained ground late. WHO'S THE KING chased the leader on the inside early, came around the turn in the two path and kept on to the wire. CAPITAN DANNY (CHI) raced off the pace on the inside up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the four path and made up some ground in the stretch. WENTRU trailed the field up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the three path and never threatened. POWER HUMOR raced in the middle of the pack on the outside through the opening quarter, came around the bend in the two path and faded in the lane. CARDINALE brushed with the horse to his inside at the start, raced in the middle of the pack on the rail up the backstretch, dropped back while saving ground around the turn and continued to tire from there.
