Chart notes
LOVEBUG away alertly, set all the pace, shook clear on the turn, dug in under right handed urging when challenged by the runner up before the furlong marker and proved best in a game effort. SOLO SURPRISE checked repeatedly behind the winner past the half mile marker, bumped at the seven sixteenths pole, loomed boldly two wide in upper stretch then couldn't get past the winner. ON TIME TAM bumped at the seven sixteenths pole, moved up four wide through the turn then leveled off. PISGAH PIKE also bumped at the seven sixteenth pole, moved up three wide entering the stretch then weakened late. MISS LITTLE BIT was in tight along the rail, checked nearing the seven sixteenths pole, dropped back then had no impact. REVOCATA pressed the early pace in the two path, bumped at the seven sixteenths pole then gave way on the turn. THE STEWARDS POSTED THE INQUIRY SIGN BUT TOOK NO ACTION.
