SURF P F H was on the pace inside rivals, dug in when challenged into the lane and kept FLAMING GLORY at bay late. FLAMING GLORY moved four wide to bid into the far turn but could not get past the winner. NIGHT BLUE (IRE) moved out four wide going up the backstretch to make a mild bid into the far turn but could not closed on the top pair while gaining well clear for the show.
