WILL OF A WARRIOR chased in the four path, was coaxed along to bid passing the quarter, took the lead while still in the four path approaching the eighth pole, and inched ahead. DYNAMIC EMPIRE set the pace in the two path, was cued passing the three eighths mark, dug in down the stretch, lost the lead passing the eighth pole, but firmly held place. VINO GRIGIO got pinched at the start, trailed in the four path early. moved up under a drive around the far turn, swung from the five path into the lane, and finished evenly for show. STARSHIP MAGELLAN was wellback in the two path, ridden in the four path around the far turn, floated out to the seven path turning into the stretch, but made no impact. SHOW BOAT stalked in the five path, was driven in the three path around the far turn, but faded in the four path down the lane. GARRINCHA bumped with an inner foe at the start, raced in midpack in the three path but backed up around the far turn. RAGMAN bumped with an outer foe at the start, tracked in the two path but weakened. BITTER BANKER raced up close in the four path but retreated in the three path around the far turn.
