Chart notes
ENGLISH CHUNNEL stalked along the inside, then from the two path around the far turn, bid outside of the leader at the furlong grounds and edged past. ROCKY JOY showed the way via a clear advantage, but was collared by an outer rival at the furlong grounds and got bested. THEN was bumped between horses and put to crowded quarters at the start, laid well back in the three path, swung out six wide in upper stretch and rallied to reach show late. BEACH GOLD broke inwardly and bumped a rival at the start, stalked two wide, chased in the three path and between horses around the far turn, ran on in pursuit in the final furlong but lost show to an outer bidder late. ASKARI was bumped between horses and crowded at the start, laid off of the pace in the three path, then in the four to fie path turning for home, stayed on while getting outkicked by an outer rival in the final furlong and kept on mildly. ROTHSCHILD was bumped by an outer rival at the start, pursued from midpack two wide and between horses while brushing with an inner rival around the first urn, then chased evenly through the lane. CIRO DI MARZIO tracked three wide, then from the four path around the far turn, chased while hanging on his left lead and yielded between horses in the final sixteenth. ACCIDENT trailed along the inside, shifted out to the four path into midstretch and moved up between horses. ROYAL SPIRIT saved ground off of the pace but to no avail. WARRIOR RICHARD laid off of the pace while getting keen tuckng from the five path to the three path around the first turn, took the far turn two wide and made little impact. GOOD BALI pursued from midpack along the inside while brushing with an outer rival around the first turn, then tired through the lane. THOMAS AQUINAS lacked speed two wide and made little impact.
