Chart notes
CRUDO set a soft pace while well in hand around the turn, responded readily when let out entering the lane and drew off handily. DIXIE DEVIL pulled under a hard hold while climbing behind rivals leaving the chute, settled at the rear down the backstretch, crept closer three wide around the turn, tipped four wide to sustain progress and gain place entering the lane, but was no match for the clear leader yet clearly second best. NIGHT AGENT tracked along the inside, chased inside of rivals around the turn, moved out to the four path in upper stretch and stayed on mildly to reel in a tiring rival for show at the wire. HOMER'S ODYSSEY veered outwardly many paths at the start, tracked off of the pace four wide, crept closer with three furlongs to go to be within striking range three wide and outside of the top pair, but got outkicked by an outer rival entering the lane, tired and got nailed at the wire for show. YOU BELONG HERE stalked two wide and between horses, chased in the three path into the lane before getting floated to the five path in upper stretch and gave way. C MAC DA BOSS rushed forward three wide to press the leader down the backstretch, came under urging to sustain pressure along with an outer rival at the five sixteenths pole, but faded along the inside into the lane.
