Chart notes

FIRST MISSION in the second flight while in the two path, inched closer while continuing off the inside second turn, asked along with just over a quarter to run, challenged between the two leaders approaching the furlong marker, gained the advantage and edged clear under continued steady handling. BANISHING forwardly placed while three wide, lodged an early move three wide with over a half mile to run, dueled with SKIPPYLONGSTOCKING into and through the second turn, gained the advantage over that one, continued to hold a slight lead while drifting out a bit nearing midstretch, briefly offered resistance to the winner a furlong out then could not match strides, clearly second best. SKIPPYLONGSTOCKING dueled up front through some quick early fractions off the inside, put that rival away after a half just as the runner up came up to challenge, second duel into and through the second turn, first to blink at the head of the lane, continued to give ground, enough left to save the show. DISARM void of early foot, continued back up the backstretch, saved into the far turn, moved off the rail around a stopping rival, continued in the two path into the stretch, gaining for the show late while never a serious threat. ALEXANDER HELIOS settled off the early pace outside the winner, moved closer with that one in the second turn, set down for the drive, lacked a closing response to flatten out. RED ROUTE ONE last to leave, void of speed off the inside, came four wide for the drive, lacked a closing kick. TARANTINO void of speed, continued back, floated out five wide turning into the stretch, gave way, jogged in. GO WEST GO broke on top, keen past the wire the first time and into the first turn when dueling, help set those lively fractions, stopped late on the backstretch, far back, jogged in as well.
