Chart notes
SOULMATE prompted the pace three to two wide, then tracked the leader by the five sixteenths, made a three wide bid leaving the turn and went on even terms by the furlong marker, then gained a short lead but hung in deep stretch and then won the bob to prove best under a drive. DEAR DAD set the pace on the inside and then shook away on the far turn, then was headed nearing the furlong marker and then was resurgent the last hundred yards but was denied losing the head bob. JIM'S HOPE chased the pace two wide but lacked the needed winning bid while winning the show battle. KING D'ORO chased the pace along the inside but lacked a winning bid and was out-kicked for the show award. TWOWAYCROSSING was allowed to settle early, two path on the turn and swung out five wide leaving the turn and had no rally. DREAMLIKE was reserved early, advanced three wide on the far turn and came four wide into the lane but lacked a stretch rally. HAVILDAR was settled back on the inside and never threatened.
