Chart notes
CAT THE CONFIDANTE (IRE) broke out, stalked in the two path, bid three deep at the five-sixteenths pole, dueled two wide late on that bend, took over in upper stretch, drifted in a bit in the furlong grounds, remained clear into the final sixteenth, came under threat from INNOVATIVE in the final moments but was able to hold on. INNOVATIVE stalked from the rail position, tipped two wide approaching the quarter pole, stayed within range into the final furlong, put in a late bid and missed in a narrow photo. CAILIN DANA tracked off the inside, three deep in the middle stages, ran into traffic on the far turn, rallied between rivals in the lane then angled out and finished well for the show honors. NAFISA pressed from outside early, stalked up the backstretch, drew alongside the leader again on the far turn, took over at the quarter pole, lost command in upper stretch and flattened to fourth. CHURCH LADY (IRE) broke a step slow, moved off the fence quickly, had to take up behind a rival around the first turn, waited along the fence through the second bend, moved out a bit in the lane and offered a mild rally. TIME TO SHINE settled inside, tipped two wide exiting the far turn, moved out further in the lane and lacked a rally. SUNSET BEAUTY settled outside a rival, between foes in the middle stages, chased two then three wide on the far turn, got bothered a bit by inner rival midstretch and could not rally. KITTY MARREN sat off the pace two, three, then four wide on the first turn, got crowded between rivals at the five-sixteenths pole, trailed next to the fence into the lane and failed to menace. DON'T TEMPT HER reserved in the two path, drew closer outside rivals in the middle stages, traveled three then four wide on the far turn and had little left for the stretch run. LIL MISS BEHAVING showed the way early under pressure, cleared on the backstretch, took pressure on the far turn, lost command at the quarter pole, chased the top pair into the lane and folded.
