BROWN RESERVE showed good early speed, dueled two wide along turn, battled into lane, outfinished final sixteenth, second best. MANNY'S KAT allowed to settle, saved ground, lacked final kick stretch, got up for third. DICEY WAGER tracked pace three wide, well placed to turn, no rally in stretch, outfinished for third. JEST FUNNY close up away from the start, took back, chased four wide to quarter pole, lacked response into stretch, weakened late.
