Chart notes
NIMMO steadied leaving the first turn, settled off the pace, moved up three wide on the far turn, rallied into the stretch, took over, drew clear under urging and was in hand the final yards. JUST BE HONEST was bumped at the start, raced five wide entering the first turn, made a strong early move into contention, vied two wide, dueled, took over on the far turn, was no match for the winner, then dug in inside and held second. CARCHAROTH raced four wide into the first turn, made an early move between horses into contention, then clipped heels and stumbled near the five furlong marker, settled off the pace, chased three wide on the far turn and rallied mildly outside in the stretch. BIJAH AGAIN tracked on the inside, chased inside on the far turn and had no rally. MAGICAL ROAD was fractious in the gate, bumped at the start, raced off the pace and failed to threaten. BEAR OR BULL was outrun. RED ABARRIO was bumped at the start, set the early pace, then vied inside, dueled and gave way. A Jockey Objection by the rider of CARCHAROTH against JUST BE HONEST was dismissed.
