Chart notes
SCHMOOZE showed the most early speed to gain inside position off the rail into the first turn, was joined by BRAYBRAY in that bend, edged clear going up the backstretch then held clear the remainder under steady handling. BIRDIE MACHINE saved ground back off the early pace, moved nearest the winner into the lane but could not run that one down. ROCHESTER'S FINEST followed the pace three wide and made a mild late run to gain the show. BRAYBRAY prompted the pace outside the winner to the far turn and came up empty in nearing the lane. SIR ELI trailed early just off the inside and failed to mount a bid. LIBERTARIAN followed the pace four wide and weakened. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate final time.
