Chart notes
JEANNE MARIE raced in closest pursuit of the pacesetter, edged to the front into the stretch, was collared and held on determinedly. PURE LURE stalked the pacesetters three wide, reached even terms in the stretch but was outdueled to the wire. SNAPPY RIDE trailed to the stretch then offered late energy along the inside. MIA TOSCA broke slowest, swung wide on the turn and closed well while no threat. AEGEAN SEA rushed to the front inside, was collared after half a mile and weakened. ET'S MOON MAIDEN lacked speed, continued wide and proved empty in the stretch. OUR UPTOWN GIRL chased just off the leaders inside and began fading midway on the turn.
