Chart notes
KAMIKAZE BLUE challenged for the lead outside GI GIS MAP turning for home, battled with that one through the stretch and narrowly prevailed. GI GIS MAP sprinted clear early, stayed near the inner rail, dueled with the winner through the stretch and just missed in a game effort. DREWY saved ground around the turn, angled out near the sixteenth pole and closed outside the top pair. NELLIE THURSDAY circled the turn three to four deep, floated very wide in upper stretch and gained late. CANDIED JOULE raced in the two path leaving the turn, moved out a bit in upper stretch and was briefly steadied behind DREWY near the sixteenth pole. STARLET COLE chased the pace from the three path on the turn and weakened. ROPERS N WRANGLERS bore in bumping SPREAD THE RISK at the start, stayed along the inner rail around the turn and was not a factor. SPREAD THE RISK , bumped leaving the starting gate, was outrun and raced very wide on the turn.
