AUTHENTICATE NOW set his own uncontested early pace, felt pressure midway through the far turn and held safe under strong handling. MONEY TRAIL rated along to race in hand, saved ground past the quarter pole, eased out through the stretch run racing three deep, slowly closed in on the winner in a game effort. DOROTEA DREAM settled off the early pace, raced three wide between rivals near the eighth pole and moved up to improve position. TOO MUCH FUN tracked the early leader from the inside, loomed three wide into the upper stretch and weakened. NOUVEAU dropped back to race mid pack, was two to three wide and had not enough in the drive. CRAFTY COLLECTOR stalked the pace, raced three wide near the quarter pole and weakened through the drive. POWER PARTY settled early on, saved ground around the far turn into the lane and lacked a rally. FRATERNIZE unhurried early, raced six wide into the upper stretch and had no response. LA CANONICA failed to respond. GIFTBOX SURPRISE was off slowly and never menaced.
