Chart notes
NORAH G sprinted to a daylight lead soon after the start, set all the pace, turned back a bid from the runner-up in deep stretch and proved best under brisk handling. JET ROCKET broke well, settled three wide mid-pack down the backstretch, launched a bid from the seven-sixteenths marker, bid three wide stretch and stayed on for second. CLEARLY A TEST settled into a tracking position behind the lone pacesetter, made a mild bid late on the turn, continued to chase through the stretch but had to settle for third. SWEET DARLIN took up at the break and lost a length or two at the start, settled in mid-pack then lacked a rally. NODAH settled near the back of the field, made a mild middle move was not a factor in the late stages. GIRL THIRSTY steadied into the first turn, tracked two deep down the backstretch, dropped back to last and trailed the rest of the way.
