Chart notes
ROSIE'S BOY saved ground back off the early pace, rallied through the far turn, angled out into the lane and collared the leaders through the final sixteenth to move clear under steady handling. SIR ELI was on the pace inside a rival throughout, edged clear through the far turn then could not contain the winner's late run. OREGON COUNTY was on the pace outside SIR ELI throughout and came up empty in the drive. BIG HEARTED FACTOR stalked the leaders from along the inside and lacked a final closing run. SUEZ was in reach three wide but lacked a solid closing bid. DOGE OF VENICE stalked three and four wide but came up empty into the lane. LADY LANA was four and five wide through the opening half mile and gave way into the lane. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate final time.
