Chart notes
LIONEL stalked the pace, moved up three deep leaving the turn, floated out a bit entering the stretch, responded set down near the quarter pole, secured command outside FROSTED BULL in upper stretch and pulled away while kept to his business. KITTY'S SON bumped with BREEZING UP leaving the chute, left the turn four wide and rallied. VENETO stayed along the inner rail around the turn, shifted out in upper stretch, remained on his left lead in the stretch drive and finished willingly between horses. FROSTED BULL sprinted to the early lead, set the pace along the rail, lost the lead in upper stretch and gave way the final sixteenth of a mile. BREEZING UP stumbled at the break, steadied when bumping with KITTYS SON leaving the chute, was outrun and raced wide leaving the turn. MAUPANSANT , outrun, stayed along the inner rail most of the trip. ANNIHILATE 'EM , angled in leaving the backstretch, raced along the inner rail on the turn and dropped back through the stretch.
