Chart notes

GOSPEL NATIVE sent to contest the early pace, set a prompted pace up the backstretch, shook free into the second turn then met the bid of WARHAMMER at the quarter pole, dueled inside of that runner into the stretch, shook free into the final sixteenth then drew clear late. WARHAMMER rated just off of the early leading pair, stalked the pace to the half-mile, bid three wide into the second turn, confronted GOSPEL NATIVE then dueled that runner into the lane, was turned away into the final sixteenth and finished as a clear second best. STRAIGHT AHEAD tracked the early pace from outside of runners, roused four wide along the second turn, was outkicked in the drive and stayed on late to be a clear third. DI RISATA MOLTO settled while saving ground, well placed up the backstretch, came in tight into the second turn and checked nearing the quarter marker, could not keep pace into the stretch and tired in the final stages. PRECIOUS CARGO allowed to settle while never far back, maintained a wide path into the backstretch, chased four to five wide along the second turn, needed more in the lane and passed tiring foes late. GOSPEL FOREST attended to the early pace outside of his stablemate, prompted the pace to the second turn, could not keep pace nearing the quarter pole and gave way in the stretch. FLAT BE JUDGED off slow and allowed to settle, saved ground into the backstretch, lagged to the second turn and trailed throughout. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time available.
