Chart notes
ALWAYS LAUGHING was well placed early towards the inside, made a three wide bid on the turn to draw clear by the quarter pole, drew out leaving the turn and maintained a clear lead to the wire to prove best, driving. WESTERN LANE was allowed to settle early, made a three to four wide move on the far turn and fought on willingly and held the place award. DIXIE GROOVE was reserved early towards the inside, came five wide into the lane and finished well to just miss the place award. SUZY Q THE QUEEN set the early pace two wide, then moved to the inside and was headed on the far turn and gave way in the lane. DIVINE GRACE hesitated at the break, four wide into the first turn and chased the pace on the outside and tired.
