Chart notes
CANDY'S WILDCAT saved ground while being reserved off the pace, swung out to be five-wide entering the stretch and finished fast to be up in the final strides. PEDAL TO THE METAL was prominently placed while racing three-wide, came four-wide into the stretch and closed strongly. DON JUAN BUBBA saved ground setting the pace to the stretch and held on well for third. K R RULES saved ground while being allowed to settle, angled out nearing the eighth pole and went evenly. PINEAPPLE JUICE bobbled at the start then was forwardly placed while racing two-wide but lacked a rally. PARTY WITH PADDY prompted the early pace while racing three-wide and tired. ICE TOWER was unhurried early, came four-wide into the stretch and failed to be a factor.
