Chart notes
HOT SPUN was urged along in a good position behind a three-way pace dispute, angled in late on the backstretch, saved ground on the turn, came off the rail into upper stretch, dropped back in while chasing the leader outside the furlong marker, rallied against the rail to make a bid outside the sixteenth-pole and got up under good handling to prevail. BE REAL showed speed then contested the pace on the inside of two rivals, vied along the rail while inside of a foe on the turn, was asked near the quarter-pole, came under a right-handed crop while dueling with SOLUTIONS in upper stretch, disposed of that foe inside the furlong marker, led into the final sixteenth but was overtaken while clear for the place. SOLUTIONS disputed the pace on the outside of two foes, vied in the two path while outside of one opponent on the turn, was asked inside the five-sixteenths pole, dueled outside under a drive into the final furlong, dropped back outside the sixteenth-pole and weakened but was clear for the show. FULLY BOOKED broke a bit slow then dropped back, was urged along at the rear, moved from the rail to the two path on the turn, angled out in upper stretch and failed to threaten. INTO INSPIRATION was hustled from the gate, disputed the pace between horses, dropped back while having room between horses late on the backstretch, chased in the two then three path on the turn and capitulated.
