Chart notes
MOMBAYLA broke a step slow, laid well back in the two to three path, split foes in the four to five path in upper stretch and rallied to reel in the leader late. RUSH TO GLORY pursued off of the pace in the three path and between horses, advanced in the four path turning for home, rallied to quickly assume command from the leader at the furlong grounds, drove clear but was caught by an outer bidder in the final sixteenth. MIDNIGHT MUSE pursued from midpack along the inside, advanced inside of rivals entering the lane, chased while tipping out to the four path in midstretch, got outkicked before reclaim show at the sixteenth pole and held from an outer bidder late. EVERMORE raced off of the pace in the four path, floated to the five to six path while getting outkicked by an inner rival in upper stretch, yet ran on in the final furlong but was denied show. JUSTTAKETHECANNOLI set the pace in the two path, built a clear margin approaching the turn, but got swiftly overhauled by an outer bidder at the furlong grounds and weakened. MORINGA laid well back along the inside, was held up behind rivals while in the two path around the turn, then moved up. REIGN CHAMPAGNE tracked in the four to three path, lost place to an outer rival entering the lane and yielded between horses. CRUISE MISSILE raced forwardly in the three path and between horses, chased into the turn, failed to sustain position turning for home and never threatened. TAKETHESILVER pursued widest early on, faded to the rear while tucking to the four path around the turn, then surpassed tired rivals. CHANDON pursued from midpack in the five path, gave way around the turn and tired after drifting to the seven path entering the lane. ST. ALBANS RAID laid close up along the inside, chased in the two path around the turn, but weakened between horses with five sixteenths to go. MINK STOLE bobbled leaving the gate before stumbling more severely and losing her rider a stride later, then was gathered by an out-rider in the gallop out and walked off.
