DON'T HIT ME BASH vied with GUNNIN FOR GOLD for the lead from along the inside, shook that one off entering the stretch and then was fully extended to hold off MOONLIGHTNWINE late. MOONLIGHTNWINE was forwardly placed while racing three-wide, came four-wide into the stretch and finished fast. AWESOME MOVE was reserved off the early pace, came five-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. MR. FIGHTER saved ground while being allowed to settle, angled out to be three-wide nearing the eighth pole and improved his position. ROY HOBBS saved ground chasing the pace and weakened. GUNNIN FOR GOLD vied with DON'T HIT ME BASH from along the inside for the lead to the stretch and tired.
