Chart notes
TOUGHERTHANTHEREST saved ground setting the pace and maintained a safe advantage. VERITAS AEQUITAS was reserved off the early pace, came two-wide into the stretch, split rivals during the drive and closed strongly. ELDER MACK was allowed to settle, moved up three-wide nearing the quarter pole, came four-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. GRACEFUL MISCHIEF was unhurried early, swung out to come five-wide into the stretch and rallied late. FIREWALKER saved ground chasing the pace and weakened. DYNAMIC SECRET prompted TOUGHERTHANTHEREST to the stretch from along the outside and tired.
