Chart notes
CARMELINA settled back off the leader, took over when ready passing the quarter pole and edged away under moderate coaxing. BEACH DAZE close up three wide, bid into the stretch and proved easily second best. CHAPA saved ground just off the pace under rating then went evenly in the stretch. FOXY JUNIOR steadied along nearing the half mile pole then lacked a solid rally. CONFIRMED STAR lacked speed then showed some late energy while no threat. BOURBON BON BAY dropped back racing very wide and was never in contention. MYSTIC SEAPORT hustled clear early, was collared before half a mile and stopped abruptly.
