Chart notes

HAY SCOOBY DOO showed speed away from the start and assumed early command, set the pace while prompted into the turn, shook free into upper stretch then drew clear nearing the furlong grounds and kept to task in the late stages. IN BOND WE TRUST chased the early pace three wide, ran in pursuit of HAY SCOOBY DOO into the stretch, could not make headway on the winner into the final sixteenth and was a clear second best. HE BLUE BAYOU pressed the early pace, kept close attendance to HAY SCOOBY DOO into the turn, lost position into the stretch, weakened in the final furlong and held for third. I'M ALIVE lunged at the start and was off slowly, trailed to the turn, angled three to four wide into upper stretch, showed good late interest but could not reel in the leaders late. MR PELOTON tracked the pace three to four wide heading to the turn, was well placed into the bend, could not muster a response into the stretch and gave way. KYEMBEA tracked the early pace from the inside, saved ground into the turn and tired in the stretch. MIA IS SHORT tracked the early pace from the outside, chased four wide into the stretch and did not factor in the late stages. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time available.
