Chart notes
MONGOLIAN CHAMP behind the leaders while well out in the strip, moved closer four wide through the turn, dueled upper stretch then kicked clear under steady handling. CAJUN COASTER within striking distance outside, closer three wide turn, hooked up with the winner into the stretch, could not match strides with that one the final furlong, held sway for the place. FORTY THREE CENTS with the early pace out of the chute while in hand, let out a notch to show the way into the turn, vied late turn, weakened gradually through the lane while saving the show. WHO IS CHIEF lacked early foot, asked along while steering out five wide turning for home, staged a mild rally down the middle of the strip to improve position. WISH CAREFULLY fell back to trail after the start, continued back turn, also bettered his position with some belated interest. MY SPECIAL STAR forwardly placed early began a steady retreat before a half. THE WICKED CAT made little impact while racing back. NATIVE RED in mid pack for over a half in the two path, backed up down the lane. COUNTRY DEALS pressed the issue early from the outside and gave way. AYDEN'S EDGE never menaced while racing four to five wide through the turn.
