Chart notes
HENRY MAC unhurried early, closed rapidly along the rail through upper stretch, made the lead past the furlong marker under right handed urging and drew off. SCRIMPER chased the pace three wide, drew on even terms for the lead nearing the top of the stretch, matched strides past the furlong marker then was no match for the winner and just held on for second by the narrowest of margins. HIP HIP HOORAY chased the pace along the inside, rallied through the turn to make the lead along the rail near the quarter pole, drifted to the two path entering the stretch then was outfinished. EMPIRE'S FIRE close up two wide, angled out five wide leaving the turn, drew closer before the furlong maker then came up empty. WILDCAT EXPRESS broke in front and quickly opened a daylight lead, set a fast pace for nearly a half mile then was used up. I WANNA WIN trailed.
