Chart notes
SHEER DOMINANCE far behind early, commenced his rally on the final turn then edged away late. WILD CAPTAIN forced the pace, took over near the five sixteenths pole but proved no match for the winner. KING SWANSBORO lagged far behind then offered some late energy. MCKIRGAN saved ground far behind and was never in contention. WHOOSH settled inside pair of pacesetters then flattened out in the stretch. SKINNY JOEY set the pace, was in tight slightly near the quarter pole and top of the stretch and faded. A claim of foul by the sixth finisher against the second finisher for interference on the final turn and stretch was dismissed. PER RULING #ECM2025-148 FROM HIWU, SHEER DOMINANCE WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM FIRST TO UNPLACED DUE TO A MEDICATION VIOLATION.
