Chart notes
REAGAN'S WIT stalked the pace well off the inner rail, moved up in the two path between horses leaving the far turn, was in hand waiting for room turning for home, split foes to take the lead near the eighth pole, lugged in, drew off under mild urging and drifted out late. SOLEIL VOLANT stalked the pace, circled the far turn three wide, floated to the five path in upper stretch and rallied. TWAIN stalked the pace hugging the inner rail, advanced inside foes to reach contention in mid stretch and flattened out. BARBADIAN RUNNER , patiently handled along the inner rail, eased out approaching the stretch, swung to the six path in upper stretch and passed tired rivals. CURAHEE lightly bumped with STORMY FLIGHT soon after the break, sprinted clear and moved to the inner rail on the first turn, set the pace to mid stretch and gave way. STORMY FLIGHT lightly bumped with CURAHEE soon after the start, chased that one on his outside and gave way in upper stretch. STUDLYDORIGHT was outrun.
