Chart notes
THANKS FRANK pressed the pace along the rail into the turn, made the lead past the five sixteenths pole, set the balance of the pace and drew clear under mild right handed urging. LIBERTANGO stalked the pace three wide, rallied four wide through the stretch and finished clear for second. HEART OF AN ANGEL close up along the inside, went evenly. A BIT OF CAPTAIN set a pressured pace two wide until the middle of the turn, kept on into the stretch and weakened late. REASON TO BELIEVE hopped at the start and was always outrun. WILLIE WANDO had speed four wide into the stretch then gave way.
