MOUNT RUNDLE settled in pursuit two wide, ranged up in the four path turning for home to take aim on the leader from the five path in upper stretch, sustained progress to bid at the furlong grounds, forged an advantage at the sixteenth pole and edged ahead. PRESIDER jostled with an inner foe leaving the gate, stalked along the inside, then from the two path, ran on two wide aiming between the top pair into the final furlong and reached place at the wire. TICKLED QUIST showed the way uncontested, was confronted by an outer pair nearing the lane, shook free in upper stretch, yet was collared by an outer persistent bidder at the sixteenth pole, yielded and got nailed for place. NAVY SEAL (IRE) laid well back tucking three to two wide around the first turn, swung out to the six path in upper stretch and moved up willingly. MY BOY TONY tracked three wide, bid outside of the leader and from the three path turning for home, but got outkicked by an outer rival while failing to sustain his challenge in upper stretch and gave way while hanging on his left lead. FORT THOMAS saved ground well back, but to no avail. ASKARI jostled with an outer rival while being bumped on both sides at the start, trailed while keen into the first turn, moved out to the four path while still unsettled into the backstretch, took the far turn in the four to five path and failed to factor. WARNING SIGNS bumped with an outer foe at the start, pursued from midpack along the inside, chased around the far turn and lacked a bid.
